Effective Online Communication

Separate your company’s communications from the crowded field of “information overload”.

  • Keep it simple ~ The old adage “KISS” is still true, but replace “stupid” with “and short”. (1) You shouldn’t think of anyone reading your message as “stupid” and (2) Everyone appreciates a short and concise message in this era of information overload.
  • Keep it clean ~ Clean in content (You never know when your mother or your child will check out your website) and Clean in design. A website with actual bells and whistles might bring chuckles from your employees, but only an efficient and interactive communication scheme can keep them focused on adding value to your business while helping them understand what is “in it” for them.
  • Keep the message focused ~ An online communication campaign can save your company thousands of dollars in print materials, but unless it offers an effective message and easy navigation, it provides no more long-term change than papers in the trash can.

In this day of “information overload”, you must be precise and clear. I want to be your partner in developing and providing online communication tools and capabilities to take your message to your current and potential customers and your employees.
